Retreat Services

Retreat is a full service retreat. We offer a number of services for your meeting, training workshop, yoga retreat or special event. Whatever your purpose for coming to SpiritWood, we can assist you by providing:

  • a beautiful meeting indoor space
  • access to natural outdoor environment
  • delicious catering
  • hosting of small intimate weddings and special events
  • meeting and event planning assistance
  • facilitation and training services

Space Rental Rates

Businesses, non-profit organizations, independent facilitators, individuals and groups can book SpiritWood Retreat for meetings, workshops, retreats or special events. SpiritWood can accommodate approximately 25 people per session or event. The space is available for rent between the hours of 8:00 in the morning and 10:00 at night 7 days a week.

The current fee schedule follows:

Corporate Rate:

$650/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
$200/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Non-profit Rate:

$550/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
$200/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Independent Facilitator Rate:

$550/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)*
$200/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)*

* Fee charged for independent facilitators booking space for offerings to the public

Additional fee incentives may be offered for events offered for three or more consecutive days or multiple sessions offered within the calendar year.

Private Function Rate:

Private functions are customized to meet the needs of the client and the event. There is no standardized rental rate. Instead the rental rate for such functions as a small intimate wedding, a family celebration or other private group event will be based on the specific requirements of the client and SpiritWood Retreat. Catering Services

Basic Food Service

Coffee, tea, cucumber water and and fresh whole fruit for up to 25 are included in the daytime rental fee for SpiritWood. Coffee and tea are included in the evening rental fee. There are no additional charges for this basic food service.

Breakfast

Available upon request. The fee/person is typically between $12 and $16/person plus tax and a 20% service charge. The price is based on the specific items ordered.

Lunches and Light Dinners

Available for $33/person plus tax and a 20% service charge. We serve wholesome and nutritious food with an emphasis on locally grown and organic. Clients order from menu options presented and discussed with them at the time of booking. We do accommodate food allergies and restrictions when possible.

Other Options

Client groups can rent the kitchen for $100/day and provide their own lunches if they prefer. The kitchen rental fee includes the use of dishes, utensils and kitchen appliances. Clients choosing this option are responsible for leaving the kitchen as found.

Clients can bring their own individual bagged lunches and use the fridge at no cost.

Hosting Weddings and Special Events

SpiritWood Retreat is an ideal place to have a small intimate wedding or other celebration or gathering. You can take advantage of indoor space and the beautiful natural environment. We work with you to plan your event paying special attention to every detail.

Meeting and Event Planning Assistance

SpiritWood can provide assistance and guidance to make the most of your event at the Retreat. We have the experience to offer you suggestions about what works well in the space and in the outdoor setting

Facilitation and Training

SpiritWood Retreat can provide businesses and organizations with meeting facilitation services. You may request the services of an experienced and skilled facilitator to help you achieve the meeting and planning session results you require. You may also be interested in accessing some highly skilled and experienced trainers in our network. If you know what training you are seeking, we may be able to assist you with finding the right person to meet your training needs.

You will receive a response to your booking request within 24 hours. Details about catering, cancellation policies and other relevant information will be reviewed prior to signing a contract.
