Space Rentals

Businesses, non-profit organizations and independent facilitators can book SpiritWood Retreat for meetings, seminars, workshops or courses. SpiritWood can accommodate up to 25 people per session. The fee schedule for 2016 is as follows:

Corporate Rate:

$650/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
$200/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Non-profit Rate:

$500/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
$200/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

Independent Facilitator Rate:

$500/day (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
$160/evening (6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

* This is the fee charged for independent facilitators wanting to book space for offerings to the general public. Additional fee incentives are offered for facilitators wanting to offer multiple workshops/courses within the calendar year. Contact SpiritWood for details.

Food

Coffee, tea and morning and afternoon refreshments for up to 25 are included in the daytime rental fee. Coffee and tea are included in the evening rental fee.

To book space for your event at SpiritWood Retreat:

  • Select the preferred dates and times you would like to book
  • Send an email to trudymayer@shaw.ca or call 403-242-2790.

You will receive a response to your booking request within 24 hours. Details about catering, cancellation policies and other relevant information will be reviewed prior to signing a contract.
